Stopped for coffee and gas at my favorite convenience store today. It’s in Adairsville, a small town on I-75 on the way to Dalton.

Got my coffee and was waiting in line to pay and the guy working behind the counter says to a customer, “Grrracias, cuñao. Tenn un buaen dia” .

Which means roughly-” thanks cuz, have a good day. Now that would not have happened in a small town in Georgia 10-not even 5 years ago.
