More Wishes

Today, I was doing some people watching and have a few observations:

• Heavy (fat) people usually don't have anything healthy in their shopping carts.
• Heavy people usually have heavy kids.
• Most people don't really look very healthy.
• Of the healthy looking people, half of them don't look happy.

So here is my wish for you: Be HEALTHY and HAPPY in this coming year.

One of MY resolutions is to LEARN more so I can help more people achieve their health goals.
